Step 1 of 3

Create your sign-in

You type this to sign in. 2 to 32 letters, digits, dots, dashes or underscores. You can change it here.

At least 12 characters. A short sentence is easy to remember and hard to guess.

QR code to add your sign-in to an authenticator app
  1. Open an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, or any app that makes 6-digit codes).
  2. Add an account and scan this code.
  3. Type the 6-digit code it shows below.
Can't scan? Type this key in the app:

  1. Step 1, create your sign-in
  2. Step 2, protect your sign-in
  3. Step 3, save your recovery codes

Recovery codes

Save your recovery codes

Each code works once. Use one with your password if you lose your authenticator, or with a reset link if you forget your password. They are shown only now.

Keep them off this computer: print them, or keep them in a password manager.

    Password

    Forgot your password?

We send a reset link to the email on your account. To use it you also need the code from your authenticator, or one of your recovery codes. An email alone cannot open your home.

    Password

    Choose a new password

At least 12 characters. Every browser signed in to your home is signed out.

    Step 1 of 2

    Lost your authenticator?

Sign in with your password and one of your recovery codes, then add a new authenticator. The old one stops working.

QR code to add your sign-in to your new authenticator app
    1. Open your new authenticator app.
    2. Add an account and scan this code.
    3. Type the 6-digit code it shows below.
Can't scan? Type this key in the app:

No password and no recovery codes? Open Web sign-in in the V.E.Y.R app on your paired phone for a fresh setup link.

    Your texts on this computer

Texts are sealed on your stick for this browser alone: your home passes them along and cannot read them, and keeps none.

No stick yet. When your V.E.Y.R stick is linked to this home, its texts show here.

A phone pairs from the V.E.Y.R app. Lost one? A sign-out button for phones is coming to this page; until then, write to support.

        Browsers with your texts

Each has its own key. Compare a safety code with the one on your stick's page to be sure no one added a browser in between.

        Sticks

Your V.E.Y.R sticks: their number, their internet, and what they share.

        Your sticks

Lost a stick? "Report lost" is coming to this page. Until then, write to support.

        Sharing through your VPN

A stick asks from its own page. Allowed, the computer on its cable and its hotspot devices leave through your other stick, never through this home's servers.

        Account

Your sign-in, your email and your recovery codes.

        Sign-in

Forgot your password later? Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. A password change signs every browser out.

        Email

We email you about every change that matters: a new browser or phone, a new password or authenticator, a new email, a rename.

        Change your email

We send a verify link to the new address. Your current address stays on file until then, and it gets a notice with a link to undo the change for 7 days.

        Recovery codes

One-time codes for when you lose your authenticator or forget your password. New codes replace all the old ones.

        Signing in

You sign in with your sign-in name and password, then the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Both are needed: a password alone never opens your home.

Your console's address is public, like a street address. That is fine: the address is not a secret, the password and the code are.

        Lost something?

Your password: "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page sends a reset link to your verified email. It still asks for your authenticator code or a recovery code.

Your authenticator: "Lost your authenticator?" on the sign-in page, with your password and one recovery code.

Both, and your recovery codes: open Settings, Web sign-in in the V.E.Y.R app on your paired phone for a fresh setup link.

A laptop: sign it out on Phones and browsers, or use Sign out everywhere. A phone: write to support until its sign-out button lands there.

        Your privacy

Your texts live on your stick and your phone. This browser gets them sealed by your stick for its own key; your home passes the sealed boxes along and cannot open them.

A VPN profile's private key is made in this browser and never sent anywhere.

        Is this really your home?

Your home's certificate fingerprint. It matches the one in your V.E.Y.R app.

        Still stuck?

Write to us and say which home it is about. We never ask for your password or your codes.
